Shari Short, MA, LMFT
Shari is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a graduate of The Leadership Institue
of Seattle (Bastyr University) in 2006. Shari tends to work with a Family Systems approach and
has been trained on a variety of theories and methods, however she believes therapy is not a
one size fits all. Therapy is not linear, it’s messy, challenging, exciting and can bring us great
joy. Clients describe Shari as direct and honest with compassion and care. I love the
complexity of the human experience in all its irony. Therapy is time to explore, challenge
ourselves to live free from the constraints of what we thing we “should” be doing and how our
lives look and create a life that works for us. You can reach Shari at 206-818-2119 or email.

As your therapist, Courtney’s commitment is to help you overcome challenges by utilizing the strength you already posses while also providing you with new knowledge and skills. She is in-network with Premera, LifeWise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and also accepts clients who are out-of-network at an hourly rate.
